It is okay to want to leave your therapist for a new one. Doing so doesn’t make you bad or mean you are insulting them or their practice.
If a therapist makes you feel uncomfortable, unheard, invisible, scared, reminds you too much of an abuser, talks over you, unhelpful, unprofessional, does not take your issues or disorder seriously, takes everything too seriously, or insulted, you are allowed to say you don’t want to be with them.
This may be a result of their practice or maybe it is just a trauma / personal issue, either way, it is okay to say that the match is not good.
Finding a therapist that makes you feel comfortable and heard is important.
Therapy is not easy, and there is a margin of discomfort expected, but if you do not feel respected, heard, and safe, you do not have to say with them
