The thing about ‘get help’ that really gets to me is that the ruse is…. totally unneeded? thor 200% can throw loki those extra few feet he just… idk wants to put on a show i guess. i just can’t get over his complete and utter glee at having “"fooled”“ the guards when in reality he just didn’t give them enough time to react before throwing his whole ass brother at them like he did not need to put on an entire production to chuck loki. but He Did

you know what i super love about the get help scene?
i bet it’s a strategy they made when they were young and causing trouble around asgard. coz really, their focus in this scenario is to “get help” for loki. if it was meant for enemies, it wouldn’t make sense for either of them to ask for help. the right strategy would be one they used before they reached this elevator.
i can just imagine thor and loki sneaking off to places they weren’t allowed to be yet, but there were royal guards in their way so they get their attentions by asking to get help for the youngest prince of asgard only to have strong kid thor throw the absurdly heavy little loki at them and they get away with it
so yeah i super love this scene coz it’s like a glimpse from their childhood bullshit
If you feel like there is something wrong with you, go to a professional and get a proper diagnosis. If you don’t like what you hear the first time, seek a second opinion. Self diagnosis isn’t treating or curing yourself. And for all you know there could be something really bad wrong with you that mimics the symptoms of whatever it is you think you have.
If it turns out you do have ADHD or Bipolar Disorder or whatever, there are treatments that will improve your quality of life, and make things so much easier for yourself. It’s okay to be scared, but your mental health is top priority! Do what is best for you, and don’t wait until you have done harm to yourself or someone else.
If it turns out that you don’t have a mental illness, then kindly fuck off because you are an attention seeking asshole who is doing more harm than good.
Okay but can we talk about “Get Help”? like they both knew what was going on? they’d clearly done it before at some point? but when? when did Loki and Thor use “Get Help”??? how long has it been since they’ve used it??? was it just when they were kids??? or were they doing it when they were teens/adults??? like Thor just throwing Loki like Y E E T! like is that common at asgard? just occasionally walking through the halls and getting hit by Loki as the brothers were practicing??? please i need answers

On any other day, Loki would be happy to see that grin on your face, but you were suggesting the only trick he really hated.
“No.” He said and in response, you pout.
“And why not?” You asked

“Hmmm,” You hummed before you had a light bulb moment “How about you throw me instead?” You suggested, batting your eyelashes at him.
Loki rose an eyebrow at you, comtemplating it in his head. But he knew couldn’t resist that look on you face.
“Alright, love, let’s do it.” He said smirking slightly as he pulled your arm around his shoulders, and you kissed his cheek while grinning.

This is a big deal. This is something I needed to make sure is seen in the new year. My brother is 10 months sober tomorrow. This past year was hard. It was a struggle, a life long addiction. The first step is admitting you have a problem. It took 9 years. It was so difficult, but the real struggle starts the day they get out. I am so proud of him. So proud of people like Mark who step out of the “shame” and let other people know they are not alone. Be proud for standing up for yourself…for your life.

So I’ve seen Ragnarok twice and I’m super obsessed now and so is one of my friends. We were at school one day talking about get help as we were about to go into class when I had a brilliant thought. I stopped her and said “mr. Davis has seen Thor Ragnarok” and since I have dirty blonde hair and she has black hair it worked perfectly. I told her “let’s do get help” and I could visibly see her brain light itself on fire. We got in position and ran in just fuckin screaming “GET HELP MY SISTER IS DYING” as I threw her in the direction of the teacher. This is my legacy and I have never been more proud of myself.
