When Irina said “I’ve decided you’re a good person. Because you’re sad and sad people are usually good. Because they feel things more.” And when Villanelle realises that she’s been bottling up and holding on to lots of pain and trauma to do her job and be great at it so she can indulge in a hedonistic lifestyle but really deep down she is really sad and although she experiences anti-social personality disorder tendencies it doesn’t mean she can’t feel and doesn’t have emotions and that all her life she has been manipulated and told to express herself in a certain way and that she’s a monster and has the power to do a lot of damage and that she should use that part of her to get what she wants when really all she wants is to be loved and cared for. And Irina is right because she is the same, just at the beginning of her story. And I just think that hurts a lot.
