I’m currently in grad school studying Music Theory & Cognition, and as you can imagine it’s very busy with a lot less time to do jobs that I used to like teaching and performing.
To help fill in the gaps, I’m selling merchandise for classical music lovers (since that’s in the public domain, and I can do so legally), which you can check out here; selling sheet music on Sheet Music Plus (you can visit my page here); and working as an affiliate for Thriftbooks and Sheet Music Plus.
I personally love Thriftbooks for a few reasons:
1. They’re not Amazon.
2. You can find textbooks for very cheap there and other really rare books, which surprised me.
3. They have great rewards: after earning 500 points, you get a free book for up to $5, which covers most books. Most of the books I’ve bought on the site have been around $4. FREE STUFF, Y’ALL!
If you’d like to support me, I’d really appreciate you using my affiliate links for books you were already going to buy. It won’t cost you anything extra, and you’ll be helping me with food, travel expenses to go to conferences, and buying books for class.
And if you’re not in the mood to buy any books right now but still want to help, it would mean a lot if you liked and reblogged this!
Thanks musical and book-loving friends!
