Oh God, OH GOD, LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY! 😍
All poems of Edgar Allan Poe, in english and their hungarian translations.
My little heart is shaking of happiness. 🖤
First impression about a book that I bought last week (because I don't have a life and this was one of the most interesting things that happened to me in the near past):
The Valancourt Book of World Horror Stories Vol. 1 (Hungarian edition)
It contains 19 horror stories from all over the world (as the title already tells).
The book has a paper cover, it's made nicely, I like the cover design too :
The best part of the design are the edges of the pages, that were painted black too, to match the overall aesthetic 🖤:
And the other best part, besides the illustrations of the stories, there is a map in it too, marking the places where the writers and the stories coming from 🤩:
So overall, I feel that it will be a good experience to read this, now I just need the time and energy to do it! 😅
Last week a supposed meeting with a friend turned into a solo date and I tried to bring out the best from that situation.
While reading I could only imagine Mephisto as the Lucifer statue that was too hot for church. 😂
After the cocktail I even got a new friend:
So despite that night didn't went according to plan and I was furious at first, at least I could practice selflove. 💕
“For us, everything was a performance.” A small, private smile catches me off guard and I glance down, hoping he won’t see it. “Everything poetic.”
"God bless the filthy hedonist." - If we were villains by M. L. Rio
I just started reading the book today, but I think I already found one of my fav lines. My new life goal is to become someone who can be referred as like Alexander above. 🤩

Narancia swimming after the boat
She lives beyond the grace of God, a wanderer in the outer darkness. She is “vampyr”, “nosferatu”. These creatures do not die like the bee after the first sting, but instead grow strong and become immortal once infected by another nosferatu. So, my friends, we fight not one beast, but legions that go on age after age after age, feeding on the blood of the living.
