do you have any life advice for a teen girl struggling with confidence and self esteem issues?

when i stopped comparing myself to other people, i gained a lot more self confidence. i do think that no matter what, everyone has insecurities, but when you start accepting and loving every part of yourself, you will become an all around happier person. also remember that you are your own biggest critic!!
