19. In the middle of nowhere.
“Don’t fall in love with a good guy. Because when he leaves, you cannot hate him. You will think of all of the things he always did right; hating him will be so impossible, and loving him will still be so easy. Because he’ll want to be your friend. And you’ll want to be his, too. But catching up with him every 6 weeks will not be enough for your heart, and being his friend will be the most elaborate method of self-harm. Because he’ll still be the boy you fell in love with. When it’s all said and done, he won’t be anyone except exactly who you knew he was. And how do you fall out of love with the same exact characteristics that made you fall in love in the first place? So don’t date a good boy. Because when a bad boy leaves, at least you saw it coming. When a bad boy leaves, at least you can hate him. When a bad boy leaves, at least you can tell yourself that you were an idiot for falling for him in the first place. But with him— you did not see it coming. You can not hate him. You can not tell yourself you shouldn’t have fallen in love. Because he was a good boy, and good boys are good even when they leave you.”

— excerpt from an unfinished book #53 // “breaking up is hard to do” chapter: “let’s be friends”

“Lea [Michele]’s Rachel was going to have become a big Broadway star, the role she was born to play. Finn was going to have become a teacher, settled down happily in Ohio, at peace with his choice and no longer feeling like a Lima loser. The very last line of dialogue was to be this: Rachel comes back to Ohio, fulfilled and yet not, and walks into Finn’s glee club. “What are you doing here?” he would ask. “I’m home,” she would reply. Fade out. The end.”

I’m so nervous for tomorrow. My entire future lies in someone else’s hands and they don’t even know it.

This is legit how I expected it!!!

We are expected to be all completely chill about our pseudo-relationships, but before you know it, you find yourself crying into your pillow and/or a tub of Ben and Jerry’s. Because here’s the thing: just because you don’t talk about your feelings doesn’t mean they aren’t there. Even if you haven’t put a label on your relationship, you can’t avoid getting your heart broken. These non-relationships are relationships too, even if they aren’t the kind that Hallmark makes cards for.

When you break up with somebody you never officially dated (via thentherewasme-94)

I was convinced Tim,Lyla, and Tyra were seniors in season 1 and then they weren't. Season two rolled around and I was absolutely positive they were seniors and then season 3 rolled around and they were all still in high school. But compared to Matt or Julie, they look and act much older. They even seemed older than Smash too!! And why is Jason best friends with a sophomore!!!

But Stavo isn't going around and killing anyone (knock on wood), plus he wears a helmet when he rides his bicycle🤣
