started my only day OFF wrong, but it’s alright!!! we are saving it!!!! i was supposed to workout and study out, but a personal thing prompted me to go home before i could workout and wait for the cleaner, who may not come. but it’s alright! there really are things i cannot control. it’s still up to me what to make use of the rest of my day.

i just finished studying abdomen anatomy, cleaned, rearranged my room, then about to study the pelvic/perineum anatomy before i walk my dog tonight and do errands. yay for this.

i also removed the instagram app on my phone and it has been the best thing ever. i like my privacy. might also remove my fb app on my phone so my time would be limited with these soc med apps. i feel happier, i feel more intentional with my time! go try it!
