I’ve been working hard day after day and it truly has been SO MUCH FUN!
Every morning I begin with a run with Polyphia playing in the background for that ANIME PROTAGONIST VIBE
My environment and grocery list has changed. My treadmill is ever present in my room and my fridge has become a nutritious fuel machine.
Sports anime and manhwa with fit or sporty characters has always been a big motivation for me
After my run I give it my all with some CALISTHENICS. My current goals are to do:
- 10-15 push ups on the ground
- 10-15 pistol squats
- 10 unassisted dips
-10 Australian pull ups
With my current work I am consistently LOSING WEIGHT AND GAINING MUSCLE which is what I wanted. I also fixed my posture.
To be strong and healthy you must give it your all and work for it every day.
Go for it, do your best, push yourself, move up to a new level!

I haven’t seen much information about Neerja, so Im reblogging all the info I can find. Her B-Day is Sep 7th. 

A movie of the same name was made on her life and sacrifice in my country. Haven’t watched it but from all that I’ve read about her, she truly is an inspiration to thousands.
