He went from the boy who was constantly intimidated by the shadow of a childish crush, to a young man getting over of all of those insecurities because he knows that nothing can get in between everything they built up together.
After everything they went through, he knows nothing will ever be able to destroy their love for each other, especially not a stupid and meaningless kiss.
