hey! hi! I don't know how well tumblr takes to game announcements (especially ones for ~3 decade old PCs), but…
a couple nights ago I released WordHopper, a little arcade-like word game for pentium-era PCs running DOS (or Windows 9x, though ymmv).
it's $2 (minimum $1), and can be purchased here! there's also a demo you can try out in DOSBox, on real hardware, or online (NOTE: click the dosbox window as soon as possible to avoid a loud, short sound- I don't know how to fix that, sorry!)

The United States will not pay reparations to developing countries hit by climate-fueled disasters, John Kerry, the U.S. special envoy on climate change, told a congressional hearing on Thursday.[...] "No, under no circumstances,' Kerry said in response to a query from U.S. Representative Brian Mast, the Republican chair of the subcommittee. [...] The United States has backed the creation of a funding mechanism to address the "loss and damage" incurred by vulnerable countries as result of major or recurring disasters that was secured at the COP27 conference in Egypt last November, but the deal did not spell out who would pay into the fund or how money would be disbursed. However, the U.S. and other developed nations had pushed for the inclusion of a footnote to exclude the idea of liability for historic emitters or compensation for countries harmed by disasters.

And yeah. That bottom pic is actually from The Big Pick era. Greg Miller, Mike Stern, Mr. Warburton, and myself would all help each other with our shorts by day, and at night we'd have big pokemon card battles complete with a leaderboard. James was my Halloween costume that year, and I'm guessing (based on the spiders) that I dressed up for Halloween and not just Pokemon. But who knows?

update: the gatorade didnt give the rice any flavor as i had hoped but the color is nice? Anyway i slapped some sweet chili sauce on it and now im eating the gatorade rice abomination while playing destiny 2
