I am on Youtube, watching middle-aged straight men bawl their eyes out watching episode 3 of The Last Of Us. I am seeing them write huge essays on Reddit about how this episode changed their entire worldview. I am not remotely exaggerating when I say this episode of television deserves to be memorialized as an important part of LGBTQ+ history, because it moved the dial in a way a thousand standard liberal band-aid measures could not. This episode of TV is why fascists destroy art.
They better make it rain Emmy's on this show. I may be a pencil with hair, but I'm a feral pencil with hair. The thought of this show, this episode specifically, not getting an Emmy, is already actively pissing me off.
