Infused Water!

A lot of people probably think infused water is bullshit and only makes gives the water some flavour but I personally disagree. While you won’t drop 20 pounds overnight, or never get sick again I find that it does help. I have experienced minor benefits from drinking infused water. Plus it will help you drink water AND if your someone who doesn’t finish fruit and things like me it’s a good way to use it. Anyway here’s a little master post on infused water.

Please make sure to drink water. You’re really gunna need it plus its good for you. Water can help boost your metabolism! You already know this probably, but have a reminder.

Take your vitamins, and normal medication. (( Anxiety, depression, ect. )) Pretty please?

Eat a little if needed you’ll be okay, you can’t gain any real weight by eating 10-100-500-1,000 calories. You wont even gain eating 1,200cal. 1lb= 3,500calories. To gain a pound you’ll have to eat over your daily reccomend calorie intake. Don’t count whatever you eat as gaining a pound unless your exceed what you’re body needs at least.

YOU ARE LOVED. YOU ARE WORTH PEOPLES TIME. YOU ARE WORTH GETTING HELP. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL EVEN IF YOU DONT SEE IT. You’re more then you realize. You matter to others, and you’re loved. One day it’ll get better keep your chin up lovelys.

trying on clothes is really hard when you hate yourself. liking someone is really hard when you hate yourself. eating is really hard when you hate yourself. life is really hard when you hate yourself

Metabolism Boost Basics

  • drink cold water. all the time
  • try drinking at least a bit every hour or so (boosts the resting metabolism by 10-30 percent)
  • cinnamon. makes things taste better and boost your metabolism
  • basically anything with caffeine (start your day off with coffee)
  • green tea. I drink the decaffeinated green tea after 5:00 so I can fall asleep easier
  • speaking of sleep get some cuz that helps too
  • standing up once in a while
  • spicy foods
  • change your calorie intake day to day (not drastically but a decent amount)
  • WATER WATER WATER
  • protein like eggs, greek yogurt, ect
  • ok so omega 3 (you can find it in fish like salmon or tuna)
  • but if you’re like me and hate fish there’s omega 3 vitamins you can take
  • try to relax. stress slows your metabolism.
  • i already said this but it’s so important you get enough sleep (lack of sleep also increases apetite)
  • try stretching in the morning
  • coconut oil, almonds, lentils, avacado
