Just thinking about the Kymerian Cuirass:

We know you have to be a certain kind of person to wear the cuirass, and I think it goes one step further than Allagash and Boorman being "unworthy of its power."

Both of them wanted the cuirass for selfish reasons and, therefore, ended up alone trying to get it to work, which clearly fails.

However, we see in the flashback to when the cuirass was created for King Thuul, that it is actually his mother who activates it for him.

So I think the key to the cuirass is this:

Even if you don't find yourself worthy, even if you're a scrawny, weak kid trapped within a walled city....if you are brave enough to go out and fight for your people, you wouldn't be alone.

You'd have the friends you were fighting for behind you and the family who loved you enough to wrap you in whatever protection they could. You would have someone there to activate it for you.

Guys, the cuirass doesn't work because you are powerful or strong or "worthy"....it works because you are brave.

And loved.

"For Madmartigan, protecting the world meant protecting Elora. When he chose to fight the Wyrm from within, he told Allagash that his child would shoulder that responsibility for him. Kit is Elora's protector."

thinking about how lori weston probably assumed steve and danny were dating or something when she first met danny cause the first thing he said was “wow, look at you! you clean up nice babe.” and really there’s no other way of interpreting that
