Don't worry about it. Gonna worry about it.

@storm-the-naga

Hello and welcome to my blog! You can call me Arron, Archie, or if you actually know me, any name you care to. I reblog stuff from friends and *sometimes* post my own work. I use He/They/It pronouns, I'm an adult, let's go.

I love the idea of the Jons interacting because based on season two Crane would just want to study Sims fear response except while Jonathan Sims would be terrifield and probably a good test subject like the good archivist he is he keeps recording everything and trying to make Crane give an statement because if he is going to die he sure as hell wants it overly documented on tape.

I think as a fellow academic Crane would respect these enough to not kill him.

no cishets at pride! *spin kicks a grandma with a “I love my gay son” tshirt*

Yes, @passionpeachy illustrates a great point!

The first pride my mother attended, she marched with me alongside the PFLAG float, holding a sign that read "I'm Proud of My Gay Child".

I noticed she kept falling behind and running to catch up, nearly a whole float behind us. So finally, I stopped to see what was going on.

People kept pointing at her sign and cheering and then she'd proudly point at me, saying "they're here!"

That was usually the point where at least one person burst into tears. And this is where my mom started lagging - because she'd stop, reach over the barrier, and hug them. Teenagers, twenty-somethings, thirty-somethings... they'd break down crying at the sight of a cishet woman proudly marching with her child in Texas, of all places. That she'd claim me and be proud of me. Because they couldn't imagine their own family doing the same.

So she stopped and hugged them and told them she was proud of them, even though she had to race to catch up in the heat, even though they were strangers. And i like to think she made those young people's lives a bit better.

So yes, cishets at pride.

I'd rather have a cishet grandma there than a gay cop.

people with medical issues are not “putting a strain on the medical system”. that’s what the medical system is for. yes this includes people with substance use related medical issues and other people often considered undeserving of help

ex-kittypet warrior cat who keeps part of their old name SkyClan-style, but they were a shelter cat with one of those Petfinder placeholder names.

"Yes, I'm sure of my choice, Leafstar. I promise I will be loyal, but I never want to forget where I came from-- it's important that I remember the Cageplace."

"Of course. I understand completely, Ford F-150paw."

That ol’ chart of mine makes the rounds online periodically and it drives me crazy because it’s frankly not very good. So, I finally got around to remaking it.

I doubt this will get anywhere near as popular, but I wanted to make it.

Good reference for animation, comics, and for visualizing phonetics!

companies underestimate how much locking their content behind needing an account will just make me go do something else. oh your website wants me to make an account to view this content? oh your website doesn't show media to logged-out users? okay. i didn't actually want to see it that bad. yeah. bye ✌️

See the chap with glasses and an incredible moustache in the bottom right? that's Magnus Hirschfeld, the gay Jewish doctor who ran the Institut für Sexualwissenschaft (Institute for Sexual Research) in Berlin. It was largely his books, his research that the Nazis burned.

Everyone else in this photo is a trans person that Dr Hirschfeld worked with. This photo was taken at their christmas party.

It is important to note that this action was not an "oh, Nazis ALSO targetted other prople". They directly linked Hirschfeld's institute and research to claims of a Jewish plot to destroy German society.

If that sounds familiar, it's because it is the EXACT same rhetoric being rolled out by prominent TERFs for the last few years including, yes, The Wizard Lady.

Antisemitism, racism, and transphobia/homophobia are ALWAYS linked together.

Having your own personal blog is honestly quite a nice change of pace compared to Reddit. I could put a funny GIF of George Bush getting hit by a shoe on here and the worse case scenario is that no one even notices.

You put that on a big subreddit and you get your eyes gouged out and a heap of political discourse underneath your post.

YOU HEAR THAT EVERYONE??? I’M A LIL GECKO BOY
