Trinity Soul is basically a Cain, Abel and Seth story:

The title was most likely chosen due to the three sons of Adam.

Ryo Kanzato is the oldest of the Kanzato siblings just like Cain is Adam’s and Eve’s first born and Cain is also Ryo’s Persona. Then there is the middle child Shin/Abel who clashes with aforementioned older brother. The youngest son Jun/Seth is the peacekeeper of the family.

Shin also draws a picture of Ryo’s Persona, Cain once. Jun then asks Shin if what Shin drew is what attacks Shin in his dreams. Shin tells Jun it kills him, a reference to Cain killing Abel in the Bible.

They essentially mirror the structure of Adam’s sons. However only the basic structure since they depict the Cain and Abel conflict with Ryo and Shin clashing (Devil Survivor went further with referencing the Cain and Abel story).

The one who represents Seth (Jun) is also already born (in the original tale Seth is born way later than his siblings since he was born after Abel was murdered by Cain and Cain had to leave his home. Seth is said to be Abel’s replacement and is actually the son whose side God is essentially on in the Bible since only Seth’s linage survived the Great Flood and since the Messiah as well as every person living today is said to be related to Seth)

Megumi‘s Diana is portrayed with a bow due to Diana/Artemis being a goddess of the hunt.

The other Personas like Takuro’s Spartacus, Kanaru’s Astarte, Komatsubara’s Gozanze and Ayane’s Personas Aditi and Devi aren’t that specifically chosen in my opinion.

I also don’t see why they chose to give Jun a confusing twin story either (normally Persona is on the spot with twin references: see Megami Ibunroku Persona manga, Tatsuya’s and Maya’s Personas Apollo and Artemis and the duality due to the parallel worlds of IS and EP as well as Akihiko’s and Shinjiro’s Personas Polydeuces and Castor in P3).

Marebito 稀人means: A Shinto term which refers to a supernatural being that comes from afar to villages bringing good fortune and happiness, meaning “rare person”

What bugged me about Trinity Soul:

“Adults can’t summon Personas without special drugs.”

Um … no I can’t support this part of Trinity Soul at all. It contradicts the Jungian themes of a Persona as a mask you wear when interacting with society which is appliable for everyone as well as the games which also include the concept of archetypes for Personas.

Not to mention that a certain game featured a cast which almost entirely consisted of characters older than 20 years (with the exception of déjà-vu boy).
