I think the best most human thing in the world is strangers doing a silly thing together
Examples:
- guy at work "Yes, and -" ing the bit me and my coworker were doing where we pretended to be owners of a fantasy medieval tavern not minimum wage retail staff
- at the gay club when Die Young by Kesha came on and two hundred people, all dancing and drinking separately, jumped up and down to make the "- beat of the drums *STOMP STOMP*" as loud as possible
- person who watched me stomp round the beach singing a made up song about breakfast foods to name a cat after and suggested more breakfast foods that would be good cat names
- guy who started a dance off with everyone across the road while waiting for the lights to change
- very tiny girl at the pharmacy interviewing everyone in the queue and every single one of us in turn sat down and answered this toddler's questions like we were on Letterman
The three pillars of humanity, in no particular order, are Joy, Absurdity, and Sharing
I did the sketch of this before the previous one, but ended up just wanting to finish the full body first. I'm content with this technically being my last art of last year and first art of this year bc I'm definitely fully sane.
The animation in 101 Dalmations is so crazy good tho and makes me want to draw more, curse you classic Disney movies

Ok but Kevin AFTER the mudstone abyss is so funny to me. Like he's a mass murderer. He has severe trauma. He was abused as a kid. His crush left him after ten years with a letter. He's obsessed with blood. He's the prophet of his own religion. He built an entire town by himself and everyone in it hates him. He's a former capitalist. But he also knits and is a loving boyfriend and stepfather. Funniest character ever.
He has a healthy respect for nature. He loves cats and foxes. He has no/abyss coloured eyes. His smile causes terror in everyone who sees it. He hates pasta salad so much just the smell of it makes him want to puke. He calls blood and viscera 'decoration'. Love him so much lmao
He hated scientists and then fell in love with a scientist. His recording studio is scalding hot. He was nearly beaten to death defending his original station. He somehow didn't realize his boyfriend was hiding a whole child from him. His best friend sprayed acid on him once. He has to find where his teeth went every morning. He's probably going to be the last one alive based on his future self. He worked at a movie theater not for the movies. He doesn't have a real last name. He fed his evil furby rocks. He remembers every single second of his own birth. The character ever
