☀️My brother’s trying to motivate me
My brother just called at 6 in the morning telling me to go for a run haha! I bargained to instead to calisthenics. 30 push ups, 30 squats, 30 crunches, 20 calf raises, 20 standing side leg lifts, 10 tricep & 10 bicep curls. Super early but super helpful! Yasss get my sleep butt up and get a light workout in before work! This is the kind of help I need in my journey. I’m glad he’s being there for me 😄
If anyone else is looking for a similar style fitness buddy let me know! I’m always down for helping each other motivate. ☀️
