Foods that will literally save you

  1. Rice cakes - plain ones are 30 cal each, flavored ones range from 35-50 each. They come in sweet and savory flavors for cravings
  2. Grapefruit - 80 for a whole fruit, which is super filling, sweet, has loads of fiber, and is a citrus. CITRUS HELPS WEIGHT LOSS!
  3. Riced cauliflower - A cup of this stuff frozen is 20-25 calories. A whole bag usually has 4 cups so that means a big filling meal for 80 to 100 calories. Super healthy but so filling.
  4. Spinach - It has iron (so you don’t feel faint, have healthy skin, hair, and nails), and is legit 7 calories per cup. Throw it in salads, sautee it, steam it, put it in smoothies, or dip it in humus.
  5. Skinny Pop - Popcorn, but at 39 calories a cup. Not very filling, but really helpful for a movie snack so you don’t feel left out.
  6. Homemade soup - If you use vegetable seasoning/broth/bullion and add in your own veggies (mushrooms, carrots, celery, broccoli etc), it comes out to about 35 calories per cup. Its v healthy and great for those days that you just can’t warm up.
  7. Low-fat greet yogurt - Varies per brand, but the Fage 2% that comes in a cup is 150 for the whole thing. Makes a good snack or breakfast, especially with some berries on top. It has a ton of calcium and protein to keep you full for hours.

It's been a while...

Well hello there,

Member me? I barely recognize this account its been so long. Looking back on my last post regarding my weight I was at 167.. It's only gone up since then. Never would have guessed the things that have happened since then would have happened. I've always been so hard on myself and, I shouldn't be. Yet, I can't blame myself for where I'm at now considering the people who have come and gone from my life the last few years. My 2020 was one for the record books. That's for sure.

I weighed this morning at 189.2 lbs... So not ideal but compared to 4 days earlier at 198.7 lbs, I'm happy with it. I definitely could be happier though, and now this blog has given me further motivation to lose more weight.

I am going to follow my previous tips and healthy lifestyle, if it worked before it'll work again. I will give updates as well as almost use this blog as a diary, it is mine so I can do what I please. Whether or not anyone sees it, I don't care.

My stomach at the moment feels so full... Here is what I've eaten today;

9am: Two hashbrowns and a chicken McBiscuit sandwich from Mcdonalds

9am - 2pm: coffee x 4 cups

2pm: two fried eggs topped w/ cheese, siracha, and seasoning as well as seven beef dumplings

6pm: large Mcdonalds fry and a large caramel frappe

This is not ideal and I shouldn't eat like this... who am I? Mcdonalds? typically It would be the last place I would want to eat let alone choose to eat. Such a waste of money.

For the future, I need to eat as little dairy as possible as well as drink s much water and zero-calorie drinks. I need to portion control because I have no self-control when it comes to eating. I want to look good in a wedding dress one day. I crave that more than any food. Food is just that, food. Fuel to help achieve what you wish throughout one's life. I need to view it as such again. That's my next goal mentally. Physically it is that 167 lbs again. I can do this.
