Seeing gifs of Ryan with that dog again makes me wish even more that they had eventually gotten that dog. 

New idea…Robert goes on the run and then sends back a golden retriever with a big bow on it to be Aaron’s therapy dog in his absence. Aaron calls the dog Nightmare as a nod to his husband.
