Problem solved

“Just gonna take this weird giant ape and put him in the Dinosaur Age because they are also LORGE so its fine”

“I’m not sure any of what you just said makes sense”

“NO ITS FINE OKAY”

CLARK

CLARK WHAT THE FUCK

THAT'S A FUCKING. THAT'S. APE. THE CLOSEST THING EARTH EVER HAD TO TITANO WAS GIGANTOPITHECUS AND THEY WOULDN'T EVOLVE UNTIL 63 MILLION YEARS AFTER THE EXTINCTION OF THE DINOSAURS. PRIMATES DIDN'T EVEN START TO EVOLVE UNTIL THE VERY END OF THE MESOZOIC

HAVE YOU NEVER HEARD OF THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT

*grumbles* this is why bruce has kryptonite

“DINOSAUR TIMES IS WHERE APES ARE FROM RIGHT?”

“What?

No

Not even close why would you

Wait

WAIT DID YOU SEND AN APE BACK TO DINOSAUR TIMES CLARK WHAT ARE YOU DOING”

“It’s fine because the ape is giant and radioactive”

“OH MY GOD THATS THE OPPOSITE OF FINE”

"No. It's fine. Like how there were dinosaurs and giant apes on Skull Island."

CLARK, DO YOU THINK KING KONG WAS REAL?!

"It's the Silver Age. It might be."

I mean Godzilla was.... O.O

Clark helped create King Kong...

Clark: We’re going to APE ISLAND

TO CAPTURE A GIANT APE

Jimmy: I wish we were going to Candy Apple Island

Lois: Candy Apple Island?

What’s there?

Jimmy: APES

But their not so big

Superman: -sends a giant radioactive ape back in time-

The "present”:

DAMN HIM!

GOD D A M N HIM TO HELL!

no no it's cool. Dinosaur times are a writeoff due to the meteor. Titano has nothing to breed with. He'll die out and leave a goofy fossil.

Let mon kee pumch lizard

terfs celebrating that the international chess federation has banned trans women from competing in women's FIDE competitions, because it's sooooooo feminist to argue that women are so biologically inferior and nowhere near as smart as men and thus can't play chess on the same level. girl that's not feminism that's literally just misogyny

they'll lick any boot that stomps on trans women

"They'll lick any boot that stomps on trans women."

i feel like not everyone talks about this [and autism in this context] much at all!

making friends as somebody with autism is not easy. and that unfortunately includes trying to make friends with other autistic folks...for me any friendship is terribly difficult. no matter if we have similar communication styles.

i struggle no matter what, i do not know why but i certainly dislike it

it is like being an ant in a different colony of ants and no one will allow you to join their colony. [terribly lonely i may add]

autism to autism communication is hard...but so is non-autistic to autistic communication. i seem to never win!!!

I've been working on a game with trans autistic protags, and i really want to release it, cos i know some people could get a lot out of the story. However, I'm scared of being harassed for precisely the same reasons, as well as being an amateur artist. Any tips on how to find the right crowd, or circumvent possible bullying?

I'd say look for the right tags. Use ones that are common in the trans community but may not be as well known by others

"Isn't it weird that [thing humans commonly eat] is poisonous to literally every domesticated animal" I mean, there's a pretty good chance that [thing humans commonly eat] is at least mildly poisonous to humans, too. One of our quirks as a species is that we think our food is bland if it doesn't have enough poison in it.

Humans have a really weird mix of mundane superpowers.

We're not fast and don't have a lot of natural weaponry but we're bizarrely tolerant to a broad range of toxins to the point that one toxin is considered a morning necessity for some to perform at work. Gotta love us.

I've seen so many posts about how hard it is to get work as an autistic person which honestly just makes me wonder if a big part of my success in my current job can be chalked up to the fact that underwriting as a profession just scratches a lot of autistic itches

You work at a desk. Your job is to review files. There are rules you use to evaluate those files. Those rules are spelled out clearly and plainly in a manual which has been provided for your reference. There are clear, logical explanations for all of them which are available if you're curious.

If you are unsure how to apply a rule, you can ask your supervisor. They applaud you for asking questions because that means you're thinking critically about the files you're reviewing rather than just making a quick guess that could be incorrect. The more obsessively determined you are to find the Correct Answer for any given file, the more you are applauded.

99% of your work is done solo and you can listen to music or podcasts while you're doing it.

Your obsessive nature and refusal to let go of small details has been rewarded with a promotion. Remember all those files we told you not to worry about because you didn't have the authority for them? We've got new rules that allow you to handle those. Keep up the good work and you'll be a manager by the time you're 30

My special interest is pokemon. I can talk about it for hours and love every single generation. I have had people tell me how much they hate it to my face and how stupid it is and how I shouldn't talk about it even when I'm not talking to them. People legit think that because they hate it that I shouldn't like it either.

Those people have no taste, Pokémon is awesome!

But seriously, nobody should be made to feel like that just because others dislike it
