Journal Entries
I am developing a game at university that touches on the sensitive topics of gender identity and social acceptance. Our game aims to educate people on these topics. In our game the player will be able to read journal entries, giving them insight into the lives of people of various gender identities.
We want the topics in these personal journals to be made up of real situations that people have experienced, to not only best represent the gender identities portrayed but also tap into the emotions involved in dealing with it, to give it a personal touch. Journal entries could include anything from happiness to sorrow, anger, or any other emotion. These could include your insecurities or daily struggles, successes, things you want to get off your chest, or even things you aren’t able to voice aloud.
The form below allows you to write your journal entry. This will be posted to a spreadsheet for moderation to import into our project.
Know that this is anonymous with a timestamp, and no personal metrics are recorded aside from what you write and the time that you post it. You can write as many entries as you like, and we would love as much input from the community as we can get.
