“So-and-so identity I’m prejudiced against is gonna use up all the LGBT resources!” like this is fuckin Age of Empires II or some shit

Reblog if you can’t build any more castles or upgrade your longbowmen because some sneaky asexuals are camping on all the wood and stone

activists at barnard college providing “labels”, photographed by susan rennie and published in off our backs: a women’s newsjournal vol. 3 no. 6, february 1973

This is the first time I’ve seen “asexual” listed as an orientation pre-1990’s. This is significant because it is widely thought that David Jay coined the term in the early 2000’s. It’s also possible evidence that self-identified asexual folks have been active in LGBTQ communities since near the birth of the modern US LGBTQ movement. Take note, y'all.

Draw a mermaid/merman and their fin is inspired by an LGBTQ+ flag

You’ve heard of the Gay Agenda but have you heard of:

  • The Queer Quest
  • The Pan Plan
  • The Sapphic Schedule
  • The Asexual Arrangement
  • The Bi Big Idea
  • The Closeted Course of Action
  • The Demisexual Disposition

i wish i was a mermaid so i could have a nice shiny tail and a pretty seashell bra and a beautiful voice that i could use to entice cute boys and make them crash their ships and drown at sea so human women could rise as the dominant gender of the land

well that escalated quickly

paige i’m a lesbian why else would i entice cute boys where did you think that post was going

Thoughts I don’t want to have

I thought 3rd time would be a charm trying to do a podcast but no. I honestly don't care anymore. If I hadn't started another with Kody either Rendal's Ravings might still be going today, or I would've stopped before now.

I seem to fall into a rut with this. I find things I like and eventually get the idea of sharing it with people. The problem is when they stop or move on it isn't fun anymore because I got used to having someone else. It has happened in every MMO I've been in including lately WoW, DDO, ESO, Second Life, Rift...

It has happened in "real life" with Karaoke, trivia, theater though that was getting comfortable with people who left. Even if I found someone to podcast with, it just isn't something I look forward to.

Since my desktop went kaflooey I've struggled to get the energy up to do episodes. If it isn't partial vocal lag on the mic, then the sound doesn't work, or the encoder is wrong or some driver doesn't work. Add my WD MyBook won’t let me log in and this model has no password reset and yeah this just gets better and better.

In short, my arm is bad, my finances suck, aside from D&D I have nothing to really look forward to and the only outlet I had is now unreliable.

As Big Fatty would say, I got nothin’.

“Anger is just anger. It isn’t good. It isn’t bad. It just is. What you do with it is what matters. It’s like anything else. You can use it to build or to destroy. You just have to make the choice.“    “Constructive anger,” the demon said, her voice dripping sarcasm.    “Also known as passion,” I said quietly. “Passion has overthrown tyrants and freed prisoners and slaves. Passion has brought justice where there was savagery. Passion has created freedom where there was nothing but fear. Passion has helped souls rise from the ashes of their horrible lives and build something better, stronger, more beautiful.”

NASA's Parker Solar Probe mission will launch in summer 2018 to travel closer to the Sun than any spacecraft before it, facing brutal heat and radiation conditions. And you can send your name along for the ride.

On and on it goes - I got a bit carried away with this one. Could have happily done another 20 panels if I hadn’t stopped myself ;P Also loving that I got to put in a Spelljammer! Perhaps one of TSR’s most underrated campaigns.
