Whenever someone tries to claim that evolution is a lie, I send them a picture of platybelodon.

1. It’s an excellent example of transitional evolution.

I’ve been following this guy for a while on Instagram, and since this original post he’s expanded his series to include a variety of cultures beyond the American West.

Way back in the 1980s, Shinji Nishikawa (aka MASH) released a doujinshi called Godzilla Legend which eventually helped him land a job at Toho.

You can see some scans HERE.

Making of Godzilla Legend isn’t an autobio comic of Nishikawa hunched over his desk, but instead “behind the scenes” pictures and vignettes of the cast of Godzilla Legend that make it look like the doujinshi was a real tokusatsu movie.

Literally the best line in the movie and yet the entire moral debate it brings up is left almost totally unexplored.

the whole render is based on those “rumored” leaks of Shin Godzilla’s plot from waaaaaaaaaaay back then in early 16’ where he was suppose to be a host to a parasitic kaiju named Judas who erupted from his back like a man in a suit 

Naturally I don’t have a model of that, but the God Warrior felt…fitting.

I personally know the guy who made that “leak” and it still cracks me up every time someone mentions it.

I was walking through the toy aisle at Target when I found this thing and had a VIOLENT AND IMMEDIATE FLASHBACK to when JP first came out and they had a bunch of REALLY COOL T Rex toys that I would have sold one of my scrawny small-child limbs for but my mother wouldn’t get me one because they were “too violent and also ate people” :(
