13. Do you prefer to keep your art personal, or do you like drawing things for other people? I like drawing for other people! And even in work settings I like collaborating with a writer and the like to work out visual storytelling for their stories and such. But I try to have some time to do art just for myself from time to time. 16. Do you draw more today than you did in the past, or do you draw less? I think lately I draw more for work, and draw for myself less :') 17. Do you think you’re justified in giving other people art advice? OH I don't know...I guess it depends. I'm more comfortable to do it in a more...conversational way I suppose. I'm comfortable giving specific feedback and advice when requested, or sharing my process, and discuss with other people about each other's art. But I wouldn't be confident doing tutorials or art advice posts.

a comic where serizawa and reigen get into a tense conversation about counsellors and moms (and maybe actually about other things, too).

this is a bit experimental, and may be a bit rough around the edges. i mostly did it bc 1) i wanted to explore reigen and serizawa's flaws and relationships, 2) try to make smth out of serizawa mom's OVA drama cd gag, 3) explore the idea of courage, again. (i think it's also hilarious that reigen just insists on not telling seri abt his lack of powers despite telling mob and tome(after like a month??). and seri just knows and rolls with it. despite sincerity being his whole thing, i think he's good at accepting lies.) some dialogues are also intended to have extra weight with context from reigen separation arc and final ???% arc. i'm not sure if they came across well. but if not, i hope you enjoyed it anyway!

thank you for reading! edit: now also on ao3.

18. What are you currently trying to improve on?

Comics! Well, it honestly involves improving on everything from composition to anatomy and dialogue writing, so maybe this answer is cheating. But I want to do more comics (when I have the time...)

I guess I've also been trying to experiment with more brushes and actually combine a few in an artwork. I tend to use just 1-2 brush for everything bc I couldn't be bothered to keep track of more than that at a time, but that limits the textures I can have.

12. Is it okay for people to ask you about your process? Yes of course! I love hearing about people's process, and I do have a lot of thoughts behind some of my art (especially the sequential ones) so I'd be happy (and flattered, really) to be asked about my process. 15. How long does an average piece take you to complete?

This varies a lot, and honestly I'm not great at keeping track... headshot/bust sketches or brush experiments usually take about 1-3 hours, full illustrations like the Disco Elysium ones take about 1-2 working days all in all (though usually done on and off when I have the time...), and comics...usually it's around 1 day per page including thumbnailing (also on and off so a short comic takes a month-ish lol). But the time would double if the artwork has a subject matter I need to gather a lot of references for haha

30. What inspires you to not just make art, but to be a better artist?

Oh man what a loaded question! I guess right now, it would be seeing new experiences and getting to know more people, and wanting to capture and remember them in a way that does them justice. Also, unfortunately money.

19 & 20 for the art game thing if you dont mind

19. What is the most difficult thing for you to draw?

Honestly I struggle with most things and forget how things look like all the time, but I guess the things that I struggle with, AND feel like I shouldn't at this point are...legs, feet, and ears. I keep belatedly noticing that I draw ears too small...

20. What is the easiest thing for you to draw?

Not sure about easy, but I'm quite confident about drawing hands and expressing with them! Helps that it's one of my favourite things to draw. I'm also pretty comfortable doing black and white compositions, though I want to get better at it still.
