I had to reread that last comment on this a few times and when I realized what that meant and my heart just fell through the fucking floor

This is the scene at the high school near me right now. The pupils have walked out of school. Why?

Because the school have decided to ban the pupils from wearing bracelets specially designed to support a fellow pupil who is battling leukemia. 

I’m totally with the pupils in this protest. I can’t believe the school have made this decision.

I’m just making this post to spread the word. If you want to reblog that would be fab, I’d love to show the school how many people are with the pupils. 

I’m so grateful for all the support you have given this so far!! Thank you all so much. Keep going, I entirely plan on using this to show them how you guys feel if they don’t change their mind soon!

UPDATE: The School dismissed the protesters as "anti-social" pupils. No change has been made. Most of my town is disgusted at the school. It would be great if this could get to 1000 notes. That would be an incredible message to show them. Thank you guys, I’m so grateful for this.

UPDATE: Not on the bracelet situation, but I’ve just heard the incredibly sad news that the student with leukemia has died. Thoughts with his family and friends, especially those at the school.
