The hardest thing I ever had to do was forgive myself. Forgive myself for allowing things to go on for too long, forgive myself for staying when I should have left, and forgive myself for not knowing any better. Pain is heartbreaking. Forgive yourself, accept what happened, and let it go.

Ladies, please love yourselves! I am begging you to just take the time to fall in love with yourself. Take up hobbies, take yourself out on dates, practice self care, read more books! Please do everything in your power to put yourself first and come to terms with your worth because when you do, you won’t even think about giving bummy men attention. You won’t have to question whether or not you should be with someone because in your heart you’ll know they aren’t worth it. You’ll know that you deserve better and will move accordingly
