I haven't done an illustration with a lot of characters for a while. Unlike industry standard, I don't spend time doing nice thumbnails... I just block out a rough idea. My stamina is so small that I'd rather spend all the energy on one drawing than 5 versions and burnout. And I don't like throwing away a nice drawing, I prefer making ugly ones at the beginning so no remorse.
