A problem with the education system is it expects every kid to be able to learn at the same rate. Advanced students are bored, disabled students have very little opportunity, and slow learners struggle to catch up. Homework piles up meanwhile students are expected to participate in extracurriculars. We need to take off the work load and use different methods for different kids. When able minded kids are taking ADHD pills to keep up with studying, we know we have a problem.
We're all gorgeous and flawless, every scar stretch mark wrinkle and fat is beautiful.
No Adele's too much of a queen to be used by GOP candidates
Onion's at it again @onision stfu
so basically, there’s a Valentine’s Day 4chan raid coming up. block all these tags, etc etc.
Ugh again? Why do they bother.
These 4chan motherfuckers better sit the fuck down.
These phone cases seem to be very popular; my sister’s friend just got one. Please spread this around.
I don’t know if every one of them contains chemicals but… you know… just to be sure, think twice before buying something like this :/
Yikes
New heights, weight, skin tone and hair
Women are attacked for saying no by men who have a fragile masculine ego.
Oh the double standards
Insulting a feminist based on being -fat -hairy -short hair -masculine Etc etc etc Is misogyny. It also is fatphobic, and supports gender roles. Our looks should not effect your opinions. Also, stop calling us lesbians, it's homophobic to see lesbian as an insult. Straight women are taken more seriously while queer women are dismissed as man haters immediately.
Younger atheists often find it frustrating when their families or others dismiss their considered opinions as “just a phase”.
If you feel like starting a fight, ask them whether or not their attitude towards Santa Claus is just a phase; if they’re going to grow out of it; if someone were to just talk to them about it in the “right way", they might come back to that faith.
Young atheist here. My mom still wants me to be confirmed as catholic. It annoys me to no end.
