Words to replace said, except this actually helps
I got pretty fed up with looking for words to replace said because they weren’t sorted in a way I could easily use/find them for the right time. So I did some myself.

Happy 1st Birthday Cry Baby! (August 14, 2015)
I’m just very emotional. People often see being emotional as a weakness, so I really wanted to write music that changed that perception, and made me feel strong. The album is about that, but through the life of Cry Baby. It’s about how different experiences shape her, and help her become who she is, which by the end is someone who’s crazy and emotional, but confident and comfortable in it. I think over time it helped me do the same thing.

I Miss You
Author: criminalized-writing Word Count: 930 Pairing: Spencer Reid x Reader Warning: None Song: I Miss You by Blink 182 Requested By: Anonymous
Hello there, The angel from my nightmare, The shadow on the background of the morgue. The unsuspecting victim of the darkness in the valley. We can live like Jack and Sally If we want.
At that moment in Spencer’s life, he was alone. He was tired of not having anyone to come home to and spend his nights with. Then he met (Y/N). Her brightness came into his life and pulled him out of the darkness he had known for so long.
Where you can always find me And we’ll have Halloween on Christmas. And in the night we’ll wish this never ends, We’ll wish this never ends.
(Y/N) and Spencer spent all their available time together. Their jobs took up most of their time, but when they were together they would spend hours watching movies or reading books. After a year of untainted, blissful romance, (Y/N) moved in with Spencer. They decorated their apartment to both their tastes, making the necessary departures with items they knew had to go. Everything was perfect.
I miss you, miss you I miss you, miss you
(Y/N) slammed her lone house key on the counter and slid it toward Spencer on the other side. Her eyes were red and glossy as she looked up at him.
“I’m done, Spencer.” She tried her best to keep her voice from shaking.
“(Y/N), please,” a tear slid down his face, “please don’t do this. I don’t know what I’d do without you.” Spencer was gripping onto his last thread of hope.
“I suggest you figure it out then.” She swallowed and turned on her heel. The slamming of the door was enough for that last thread of hope to snap in two.
Where are you? And I’m so sorry. I cannot sleep, I cannot dream tonight. I need somebody and always This sick strange darkness Comes creeping on so haunting every time.
Spencer didn’t know where (Y/N) went after she left. He hadn’t slept since her departure. He would lay in his bed at night and think about her. He thought about the way her hair would spIay itself out on his chest while she slept, the way her vanilla perfume filled the air, the way she looked at him under the light of the moon. He swore he could still feel her lips ghosting over his skin. The darkness she had pulled him out of so easily was swallowing him up again.
And as I stared I counted The webs from all the spiders Catching things and eating their insides.
Like indecision to call you And hear your voice of treason. Will you come and stop this pain tonight? Stop this pain tonight.
Spencer wanted to call her and work things out, but he knew he shouldn’t. She left weeks ago and was probably over him. She promised that it would be them forever, that nothing would tear them apart, and he was hell-bent on wanting it to stay that way. Spencer picked up his phone and dialed the number he memorized two years before.
“Hello?” His breath hitched in his throat at the sound of her voice, the voice he could never get enough of.
“(Y/N).”
“Spencer? Why are you calling me so late? Is everything okay?” She was concerned. He wanted to lie to her, tell her he was fine, but he couldn’t bring himself to.
“No. No, I’m not actually. (Y/N), I can’t stop thinking about you. Please come back. I need to stop hurting.” She was silent for a while. “Are you still there?”
“Yeah. Spence, I don’t think that’s a good idea.” She admitted. “I don’t think we can go back to what we were. If it’s alright with you though, I’d like to still be friends.”
Don’t waste your time on me. You’re already the voice inside my head. (I miss you, miss you) Don’t waste your time on me. You’re already the voice inside my head. (I miss you, miss you)
“I still want to be there for you, Spencer.” (Y/N) could hear him breathing.
“I can’t stop thinking about you, (Y/N). It’s like everything we ever did, everything you ever said to me is playing repeatedly in my head, and I can’t stop it.” His voice broke slightly toward the end.
“The wounds are still raw, Spencer. You just have to give them time to heal.” She explained. (Y/N) still loved him, but couldn’t get herself to go back to him. Her heart was telling her to go, but her brain was telling her not to.
“How much time? You know more about all this relationship stuff more than I do.”
“I don’t know. It’s different for everyone.” She said, wiping her eyes. She sniffled, trying to keep from losing it.
“Are you crying?” Spencer asked her.
“I’m trying not to.”
“I’m sorry. Please don’t cry,” he pleaded. He always hated seeing her cry.
“My friendship offer is still on the table. It always will.”
“I don’t want you to waste your time on me.” He said after a while.
“Spencer, I don’t see how I could be wasting my time on y-” He hung up before she could finish. He tossed the device into the never-ending sea of blankets on his bed and closed his eyes.
I miss you, miss you I miss you, miss you I miss you, miss you
“I miss you, miss you.”
