“During these discussions, many have wondered what Will Smith thinks of his son’s embrace of what would traditionally be considered women’s clothing.
“I think that may have been a mistake. We may have gone too far,” a laughing Smith said of his hands-off parenting.
Then he got a little more serious.
“There’s a really powerful internal quality as an artist that as parents we encourage. You got to get out on the edge. You have to try things and be comfortable doing things that people don’t agree with,” Smith explained. “And you have to be comfortable doing things that you could fail. Jaden is 100 percent fearless. He will do anything. As a parent it’s scary, it’s really terrifying. But he is completely willing to live and die by his own artistic decisions, and he just doesn’t concern himself with what people think.”

When I saw the headline I was really interested to hear what Will had to say, since he’s so well known and admired, and his voice is influential.
He dodged the gender issue by focusing on the “art statement” aspect. That isn’t really surprising, but how awesome would it have been if he had made a statement for gender freedom? And who knows what we’ll hear from Will in the future?
“The conversation around who does and does not have the right to go to the bathroom is growing increasingly more transphobic in our nation. We must work together to fight such injustice!”

Great new OSHA guidelines for employers!
“Yesterday, the Department of Labor’s Occupational and Health Administration (OSHA) released a best practices guide for employers regarding restroom access for transgender workers. The guide recommends that all employees should be permitted to use facilities that correspond with their gender identity and recommends providing additional options such as all-gender restrooms.”
You can read the “Guide to Restroom Access for Transgender Employees”here or below. This guide follows a historic decision by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), in a case brought by Transgender Law Center, which confirmed that it is unlawful discrimination to deny transgender employees access to the restroom consistent with their gender identity. If you’re experiencing similar discrimination at your job, check out our guide to filing a complaint with the EEOC.”

Have you ever looked skinny and got told you’re skinny but you, yourself, doesn’t feel like it and you know you’re not? Cause rn I just let out everything. I’ve been told by friends and family that I’m very skinny and that they want to be me but if they were me they would be disappointed. I don’t feel pretty but I want too. I’ve tried eating healthy and doing exercises but I don’t have the right kind of motivation that I need. I want to be skinny and I want people to look at me and say wow I want to be her but idk if that’ll happen one day or not. We’ll find out.
