i’ve been on here for quite a while now and seen a lot of shit, but i think i’ve reached my limit. staff being too ignorant to care about the porn bots and pedophiles on here until their app is literally deleted from the store, then too incompetent to finally take action without deleting innocent people, is just too much for me now. on top of that managing this account is stressing me out because it’s so disorganized, to the point that even when i try to post it gets buried by my reblogs from poor management.

idk how many of you have Amino due to its bad reputation, but i’m on mainly on the SpongeBob SquarePants Amino with the username Squeaky Boots. i’m part of the moderation team, so i can vouch for how it’s safer than most big aminos and gives a shit about stolen art n stuff. if amino’s still not your thing i also have an instagram, user’s squeakadoodle. i’d link to both my profiles but staff can’t even deal with outside links right.

If y’all use a decent box mix and use melted butter instead of vegetable oil, an extra egg, and milk instead of water, no one can tell the difference. I sure as hell can’t.

yo I can vouch for this I’ve done this for the last few cakes I’ve made and holy crap it makes suuuuch a difference the cake is still fluffy, but it also seems more dense, and it doesn’t dry out like at all you can leave it uncovered on the counter all day after being cut into, and it won’t get all crusty and dry this is an amazing way to take your cakes to the next level

This is called Afrezza. It’s an inhaler for diabetic insulin. That’s right. An inhaler. That means no more needles. It’s only for fast acting insulin, but it could still vastly improve the life of a lot of diabetics. 

Imagine having to constantly prick yourself with needles to keep yourself alive, and then suddenly there’s a new product that could change the whole way you live your life for the better.

And here’s the thing: it works. It works really really well. People with diabetes that have been lucky enough to have used it think it’s amazing.

But sadly, it’s probably going to end up as a failure because the pharmaceutical company (a French company called Sanofi) that was in charge of marketing it didn’t care enough to actually try. Not only that, but they made it incredibly expensive so hardly anyone could afford it. Most people have never heard of it, and the way things are going, no one else ever will.

Please reblog this to raise awareness of this product and hopefully get another company to market it. It could change so many lives.

Here’s a quick rundown.

We’re currently going through a scare on Tumblr where your blog could get taken down at any time for any unclear reason, because they’re cracking down on child porn. That is good, but many people with perfectly appropriate blogs are having them taken down, too. The thing is, right now, you can still get your blog back without hassle if it is taken down by mistake. Imagine if your blog was taken down simply for making or reblogging a meme, gif of your favorite TV show, or simply producing art that isn’t 100% original, and Tumblr COULD NOT RESTORE IT BECAUSE THEY WOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS BY ARTICLE 13. That could be our reality. Do NOT turn a blind eye to this.

tl;dr Article 13 will 100% change the internet as we know it for the worse, and you aren’t safe even outside of the EU. SPREAD THE WORD. EU RESIDENTS CONTACT YOUR REPRESENTATIVES.

One of my tech colleagues had an anti-vaxxer come in to his clinic, with pamphlets about how her dog supposedly got autism from getting him vaccinated and all her supporting evidence, and tried to cover all their actual informational pamphlets with them. She was escorted out and they threw away every piece of her garbage they could find. I haven’t had any run-ins with idiots like this myself and I really hope it stays that way.

The really sad thing is, once the bullshit natural remedy crowds reach actual breeders, entire kennels of dogs end up dropping dead from 100% preventable diseases.
