EXAMS AND STUDY PREP TIPS
- Divide each subject into categories andd remember the categories (math = algebra, linear equations ect)
- Divide those catagories into units. (Linear equations= standard, non standard)
- Quiz yourself on those units until you know everything in every category.
- When its the day of the test, look over your notes 3 times max. NEVER RIGHT BEFORE YOU DO THE TEST IT STRESSES YOU OUT.
- after you finish the test take a deep breath. Go for a walk, have a drink from that cute coffee shop, close your eyes. You can focus on your next test after you de-stress from this one
- DONT. PRO. CRASTINATE. As a professional procrastinator (ie i once wrote a 7 paragraph essay for a class 30 minutes before the class started) take my advice and spread out your workload. If you struggle in math, do an hour every day but still do other stuff
- You can do more than one thing in a day. Just because you have sports at 4 pm doesnt mean you have an excuse to slack off and not do anything
- If you cant remember a formula for long repeat it in your head until you get your test and then scribble down those formulas on that paper.
- Tests are hard. Make sure your mental health comes first.
