who up screaming and tearing their skin off and yanking at their hair and rocking back and forth
it's so disheartening when you realise that even the people closest to you doubt the validity of your disability.
believe people when they say they have a disability, don't deny them because they don't fit the criteria of what you think is 'disabled'.
I don't know who needs to hear this but:
-"it only hurts a little" is still pain
-"I can ignore it" is still pain
-"I can cope with/manage it" is still pain
-"it's bearable" is still pain
-"I can push through it" is still pain
-"it doesn't hurt that much" is still pain
-"it doesn't stop me from doing x" is still pain
You don't need to be in agonizing pain to be in pain.
they should invent a being in your twenties in which you do not feel your life is unsalvageable and ruined
have you joined the chronic pain club today? it's not too late!
shout out to disabled people who;
- are grieving because of their disability
- are angry because of their disability
- are exhausted because of their disability
- are scared because of their disability
and shout out to people with disabilities in general.

Non us citizens and foreigners lives should matter.
Intimacy is not just about sex. It's having heart-to-hearts, staying up all night talking, sharing childhood memories, thoughts, fears, dreams & hopes for the future. It's uncontrollable laughter, direct eye contact and feeling each other without touching - it's exchanging energy
