35 Powerful Affirmations That Can Change Your Life

Life extends from the thoughts and emotions that you experience. This means that employing affirmations of positive words can have a powerful effect on how you feel and help boost you to new levels of achievement.

Affirmations are proven methods of self-improvement because of their ability to rewire our brains. Much like exercise, they raise the level of feel-good hormones and push our brains to form new clusters of “positive thought” neurons. In the sequence of thought-speech-action, affirmations play an integral role by breaking patterns of negative thoughts, negative speech, and, in turn, negative actions.

You will feel compelled to make certain changes in your life and alter your inner clockwork to align closer with who you want to be/what you want to accomplish. A fiery motivation is instilled in you to just GO. You may be a little on edge during this time but it’s because you’re inspired & want something greater for yourself! This time you will see things through the lens of: does this add anything special/fun to my current way of being or does it not? And from this, you will make your decisions and choices. Solar Return Sun in 2H: This year concentrates a focus on what you have and what you want to have in your life. There is an importance of possession this year.
