So basically, Mafia Bob tried to absorb some Bob’s who are basically infected with the supernatural essence of two different variants of the eyes of the universe. And is now having the mother of all allergic reactions/ immune responses to the eldritch squid alien brain juice energy that let’s Original Bob and Inner Demon Bob be able to recover so quickly from near-fatal wounds, but which is currently trying to infect mafiabob's system. As a demigod who literally cannot get sick, this is quite deadly to him as he can hear everyone inside hims voices.. It's rather unpleasant on his part as he can feel the diseases trying to latch on his body..

Due to the body not having an immune system or any sort of defense mechanism for diseases, Mafia's body will just straight up EXPLODE. And because of Said disease, it will undigest any body parts and thus reincarnate the prey, this instance being all the bobs..

He will most likely after this just lay in bed and sob or sneeze out access void making mini clones of himself
