Before you do something, ask yourself: is this bringing me closer to my dreams or is this a distraction? This kind of attitude will allow you to prioritize things that are truly important to you. If you want to achieve your goals, you need to be consistent. You need to find time for working on your dreams every single day. And sometimes that means eliminating unnecessary distractions.

You know what’s important to you. Focus on it. Allow it to expand. Allow it to flourish. You are in charge of your time. Use it to your advantage. You don’t have to mindlessly watch dumb TV shows. You can use this time for some creative purposes. You won’t achieve your goals by postponing working on them. Commit to your goals. Make your goals the most important part of your day. If you love something, you’ll always find time for it. It’s all about restructuring your priorities. Divide your goals into small chunks and work toward them every single day. You’ll be amazed by the results of such consistency.

“The idea that sex is something a woman gives a man, and she loses something when she does that, which again for me is nonsense. I want us to raise girls differently where boys and girls start to see sexuality as something that they own, rather than something that a boy takes from a girl.”

— Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

"You have a voice. So use it. Raise your hands. Shout your answers. Make yourself heard. Whatever it takes, just find your voice. And when you do, fill the damn silence."

-Meredith Grey (To all my girls and women out there)

If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.
