Is Ginga a good show? I love his design, he's probably my favorite Ultra, but I heard it that it's meh at best.
If you believe in what they say you'll think it's a dreadful series, it's not, it's an average series, but the finale was good tho. I applaud them for doing a okay series overall with the budget of 2 popsicles.
If you want to watch it go for it, there's only 11 eps, the suit and main theme alone makes it worthy, then you can watch Ginga S which is better overall

yeah... but fr what really helped me was looking at how jp artists stylize ultramen, when you look for a reference pic from a stage show you can't just copy it or it'll look weird, but if you draw muscles like regular humans it looks weird too, bc their head are big and the tits are huge
once I finish this sketchbook I have to count how many times I drew ultraman zero (i draw him every time I don't know what to draw)
