Not to be that person but the premier of season 3 is a perfect example of why you shouldn’t be an advocate for ethics/morality all the time. Part of adulting is learning how to let people burn their own bridges because getting involved in trying to prove someone isn’t as good as they seem is just going to make you look like you’re purposefully trying to find something wrong with them.
You either die a hero or live long enough to become the villain. While I think it’s a bit over the top with how the class is responding to Marinettes accusations and disapproval of Lila attitude and manipulation, it’s a perfect example of what many of us will go through or have already. You need to let people show their true colours themselves sometimes, and that takes a lot of patience and emotional control.
Marinette is young, so I don’t blame her for acting the way she is.
Oooo y’all were giving me shit about my opinion about this situation but look at this, even the show writers thought the same. Sometimes not getting involved is the best way to handle someone like this.
The only thing that could have been called shitty writing is how overly dramatic everyones reactions were towards Marinette, especially the wrist napkin scene.
