I see skeletal tree beings with thin thorny brown crowns and bare limbs waiting for nature’s reinvigorating rebirth, seed time bringing glimmering ripples in a sea of wind shifting green while white clouds crest like waves crossing the light blue expanse on a cool spring day.

So boldly we March, into the true blue of history and mayhem.
Is the past a fantasy, you have to wonder.

Clarity and Light,

Raindrop Clarity
Lies rushing
past
curved lips
in up-swept abandon.
The heat of them
rising
without pause or savour
into the atmosphere.
The sweat of deceit
condensing them
in the cold reality

in tears
