A NYC grad student working on food stamps for her thesis has released a free cookbook for those living on $4/day.
SIG NAL BOO OO OO OOOST
hello
oooooh this is so nice!
I believe it’s important to eat well, even when you’re strapped for cash. It’s good for your health and energy! This cookbook is full of delicious and healthy recipes, the ingredients of which are fairly inexpensive.
I ACKNOWLEDGE THIS WOMAN AS A FELLOW WARRIOR AND A FANTASTIC HUMAN BEING.

Boost so hard. Feeding yourself well is a challenge when you”ve got little income
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COOKBOOK FOR MONTHS AND IT’S AMAZING 100/10 RECOMMENDING EVERYWHERE
(just to give you an idea, my food budget is 30 euro/week at most [about $38] and I have to maintain a healthy diet due to weird medication side-effects and yeah, basically this book is a lifesaver if you’re broke but need to watch what you’re eating)
Reblog to save a life. Because it’s easy to find food for $4/day, but most of it tends to be garden variety junkfood
(The pdf is free, I repeat, the pdf is free)
“From Scratch” is a vegetarian cookbook, while “Good and Cheap” is the eat for $4/day one. Both are free as pdf:s, plus “Good and Cheap” is available in Spanish as well - also free as a pdf.

What a great post
real talk guys, if Taylor needs to get rid of walking through the crowd, if she needs to have people on stage with her during long live/new years day, then she should do it. her security is paramount and the #1 priority, and there is clearly something going on that has her on edge and as if she thinks someone is going to jump on stage or sneak up on her. and given the extra security at the last few shows in addition to Taylor’s jumpiness l definitely think whatever is going on needs to be taken seriously. and look at the end of the day all that matters is that Taylor is safe, no matter what that would entail for the remainder of this tour.
In honor of Taylor singing ‘Never Grow Up’ tonight, I thought it would be fun if we all comment how old we were when Taylor released Speak Now in 2010 and how old we are now to see how we’ve all grown up!
I’ll start!
In 2010 I was 15 years old and a freshman in high school. Now I’m about to turn 23 in less than 2 weeks and I’m finishing up my masters degree!

In 2010 I was seven years old and surviving the horrors of second grade lol, now I’m a sophomore in high school!

I was 8 years old worrying about the fact that in 2 years I would be graduating from 5th grade and now I’m applying for colleges :( :)

I was 9 when it came out and i’m turning 17 on Thursday. Heading to my senior year and by the time i see Taylor in Detroit, i’ll be applying for colleges.
I was 16 in my junior year of high school and now I’m 23 (turning 24 later this year) and have just graduated with my masters degree! So now I’m in the workforce, all done school! :)

In 2010 I was 11 years old in my final years of elementary school being horrible bullied with only one real friend and now I’m 19 and in my second year of college and I have so many friends who love me for me

I was 6 years old, just discovering how fast kids grow up. Being bullied and turning to Taylor for advice. Now I’m 14, finding myself and working hard in school.
In 2010 I was 9 and in fourth grade, longing to be a fifth grader because in my section it was the coolest thing. Now I’m 17 in my second semester of the best uni in my country. And I’ve got an 11 year old sister whom I cried with while listening to this song, asking her to never grow up.
In 2010 I was 17 and in high school, I had a few friends and I was extremely shy, daydreaming about living in the USA. Now I’m 25, I have a Marketing & Communication master’s degree, living in the USA and I have friends from all over the world.
I was 10 years old and now I’m 18 moving out of my childhood home in exactly one week to Atlanta to starts college and a whole new life.
I was 17 years old on high school and now I’m 25 I graduated from uni and I have a job I love and on my free time I’m a photographer
In 2010 I was 10 turning 11 in August and I was in 4th grade. Yesterday I graduated from high school and I’m chasing my dream of becoming an entertainment journalist ❤️
In 2010, I was 10 years old and in 4th grade and now I’m 19, starting my sophomore year at my dream school and I’m doing better than I ever was ❤️☺️
I was 10, finishing up 5th grade. Now I’m about to turn 18, leave for college in Italy(I’m from America). So you can say I’m an emotional wreck from last night
In 2010 I was 14, coming up to my last year in school, I’m now 22 (23 next week) I currently work in a hospital.
I was 13, my first year in secondary school, still struggling to figure out what I want. I’m now 21, with a diploma and just starting adulthood.
I was 9 years old when it came out and I was so in love with the album. Now I’m 17 and going into senior year and I’m so glad I’ve had Taylor to guide me through my childhood and teenage years.
I LOVE YOU THIS IS SO AMAZING
I was 10, fifth grade and starting my first season of swim.
Tomorrow is my last swim meet after 7 seasons with my first team.
I head out to college in 2 weeks where I will be joining the div 1 swim team.

taylor swift was publicly humiliated and widely disliked for years for no real reason other than blatant sexism and she could be real bitter but no she’s an actual ray of sunshine and is instead doing all she can to change perceptions about women in music and that hopefully this means that eventually no young female singer will have to go through what she did again
just fyi if ya’ll stream or listen to kanye’s new album then just know you’re supporting someone who 1) said slavery was a choice 2) is a trump supporter and 3) literally created wax figures of naked celebrities, put a victim and her abuser in bed next to each other, and put a taylor swift next to him even though they had very public beef and he made a lot of people dislike her for a very long time. don’t give this man the time of day. i used to like his music but i have absolutely 0 interest in hearing a single word come out of his trash mouth and ya’ll should be the same lol

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. Jack fell down and broke his crown AND NOW HE’S LYING ON THE COLD HARD GROUND

*goat scream*

trouble trouble trouble
