Plans for december
Calf: 35 cms
Thigh: 54 cms
Waist: 68 cms
Hips: 92 cms
Breasts: 93 cms
I’ve decided to share my stats.
My plans until december 24th include:
- Working out daily (!) - at least 30 minutes
- 1000 kcal maximum
- Protein shakes at least 4 times a week
- Minimum 1l of water daily
On christmas I will be visiting family, I won’t be counting calories and I probably won’t be able to work out for a day or two.
But I don’t eat meat and I hate cakes (they scare me tbh) so that’s a plus.
I will compare my stats on the 24th of december.
Centimetres are a lot more important than weight, I must remember that.
I have 22 days. Let’s make the best out of it.
