Hey loves,

Yet another healthy recipe! I made this 10 seconds ago and I am in LOVE so I thought I’d share it.

Low-Calorie Protein Ice Cream

Halo top has nothing on me

Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 frozen Mango
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (the cals are counted with full fat milk, which is 75 cals for this amount. To add your milk, subtract 75 cals and add the cals for 1/2 cup of yours)
  • 10 grams protein powder (I use Quest Multi-Purpose)

Instructions:

  • Add milk and fruit to a food processor. Blend until smooth. You will have to stir, as it is quite thick.
  • Add protein powder and milk for anther 15 seconds or until incorporated.
  • OPTIONAL: add 0 cal sweetener. I didn’t.

Calories:

  • Mango - 23 cals
  • Blueberries - 40 cals
  • Milk - 75 cals
  • Protein Powder - 36 cals

Total: 172 calories

This is so filling and so delicious. Super natural ingredients. Super good for you. Great for a summer day. Enjoy, my lovelies!

Love,

Elizabeth ❤️

✨A List of Basic Herbs✨

Hi, lovelies! I haven’t made a witchy post in a little while, and thought that this would be very helpful, especially for baby witches. Here is a list containing a few easy, basic beginner’s herbs to gather for your witch cabinet/magick tool collection! If you do not have access to all of these in their herbal/spice forms, remember that oil is always a good substitute.

Basil: This herb can be used to bring good luck, promote purification, and provide an extra boost in love spells!

Chamomile: This is very similar to how Lavender is used in magick. Chamomile is very beneficial during meditation and in sleep/healing spells, it is also very protective, lucky, and purifying.

Cinnamon: In addition to smelling and tasting wonderful, cinnamon is a great option for wealth, success, and healing spells.

Eucalyptus: So, so excellent for healing. General protection is also a very good use for it!

Lavender: A favorite of nearly every witch I’ve met, and for good reason. A perfect herb for calming, protection, healing, purification, and happiness.

Mugwort: General healing, strength, and protection are all things that mugwort can be used for. Using it as an incense is also effective - it can assist in the strengthening of your divination practices.

Peppermint: It’s not just for having around during the holidays- peppermint is wonderful for boosting your psychic energies and abilities.

Rose: The ultimate in love and romance spells, of course - in addition to protection, luck, and helping your psychic powers grow.

Rosemary: Rosemary is a very good all-purpose herb. It can be effective in all of the following areas: protection, love, purification, mental powers, cleansing of negative energy, promoting sleep, and helping your memory.

Sage: Sage is a staple in nearly every witch’s collection. It is generally used for its strong healing and cleansing powers. It can also be used in spells/rituals that support longevity, fulfillment of wishes, wealth, and protection.

Sandalwood:A wonderful medium for strong cleansing of negativity. Healing, exorcism, dream fulfillment, and spirituality are also great uses of sandalwood.

Bonus: Salt! I use it in nearly all of my rituals, spells, and altars. Salt is an absorber rather than a channeler, soaking in all of the psychic energies surrounding. It is purifying, protective, and healing, a good addition to any general ritual.

Bedroom Witch Tips

🌿Herb sachets hung above your bed (request herb sachet recipes from me if you’re interested).

🌿Hang Dry herbs upside down in your bedroom (Lavender helps for anxiety and depression… it is very calming or Mugwort for dreams. Mugwort is very invasive, you can find it growing everywhere).

🌿Herbs placed inside your pillow sheet (I place Mugwort leaves inside to active lucid dreams).

🌿Setup an Altar near your bed: add elements of earth, fire, water and air. You can also use your windowsill as an altar.

🌿Place Black Tourmaline under your bed: shields you energetically by taking the electromagnetic frequencies, and instead of absorbing them, tourmaline changes, redirects, cleanses, and purifies the energy. This is how it handles negativity, even energies of psychic attack too!

🌿Place Sigil writings or powders for protection and restful beauty sleep under your mattress.

🌿Keep a dream journal under your pillow! Dreams can help us get a glimpse into our subconscious and the more dreams you write the easier it becomes for you to remember them.

🌿Unless you are allergic, sleep with the window halfway open or cracked to let good energy move around and circulate in your room and keep skin hydrated during the night.

🌿Drink herbal tea before bed each night. (Request free herbal tea recipes from me if interested) Mugwort tea is great to have in the evening before bed to reach high levels of lucid dreaming

🌿Smoking Herbs before bed is great as well. I recommend this book for further reading: Smoke Plants Of North America by M.R. Ross. (Request free Smoke Blend recipes from me if interested). With reverence, Rosemary Milk 🌹
