It’s not hipster, because hipsters are “I liked this before it was cool” type people. I’m describing someone who sees something new/that they’ve never heard of before, sees that it’s popular, then judges it and the people who like it as “cringe” for no real reason except that it’s popular and they have arbitrarily judged it to be cringe. “Judgy” sounds close but it’s not as specific as I want.
