A person who causes you to react controls you. A person who compels you to think and consider doing differently influences you.

Refuse to harbour unforgiveness towards anyone. Don't allow bitterness gets even a toehold on you. Satan uses such things as an inroad against you. Don't allow such rent a space in your heart or mind except God. Like it or not, there's a spiritual battle raging for your heart and mind. When we talk negatively about someone, we can hurt their feelings or even loose demonic activities against them and against ourselves.

There's much more to life than just this physical, natural, surface level. Spiritual activities are constantly taking place. Whether or not the person you're speaking evil about ever knows it, you'll be affected. Venting anger, frustration, resentment, or unforgiveness affects you whether it affects anyone else or not.

The Bible is telling us that, because of Jesus’s work on the cross, children no longer need to bear the iniquities of their fathers. Each individual is responsible and accountable for their own sins. Christ has provided a way for forgiveness of our individual sins and for cleansing of generational curses.

I think one of the most interesting stories in the Bible is the account of Queen Esther and her uncle Mordecai. Essentially, this is a story about the preservation of the Jewish people in the Persian Empire through the courage of a young Jewish girl and the wisdom of her mentor Mordecai. However, there is much more to this story: this narrative actually gives us great insight into the way familiar spirits and generational curses operate.

After these things did king Ahasuerus [also called Xerxes] promote Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that were with him. And all the king’s servants, that were in the king’s gate, bowed, and reverenced Haman: for the king had so commanded concerning him. But Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence. Then the king’s servants, which were in the king’s gate, said to Mordecai, Why transgresses you the king’s commandment? Now it came to pass, when they spoke daily to him, and he hearkened not to them, that they told Haman, to see whether Mordecai’s matters would stand: for he had told them that he was a Jew. And when Haman saw that Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence, then was Haman full of wrath. And he thought scorn to lay hands on Mordecai alone;

for they had showed him the people of Mordecai: wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that were throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, even the people of Mordecai. In the first month, that is, the month Nisan, in the twelfth year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman from day to day, and from month to month, to the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar. And Haman said to king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of your kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to allow them.

If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed:

and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring it into the king’s treasuries. And the king took his ring from his hand, and gave it to Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, the Jews’ enemy. (Esther 3:1–10)The most important factor in this story is that Haman, the most powerful official in the Persian Empire, was an Agagite. Haman was a descendant of Agag. You may be asking, “Who is Agag, and why is this fact about Haman’s lineage so important?” I’m glad you asked!

Agag was the king of the Amalekites during the reign of King Saul.

At that time, God had instructed Saul to destroy all of the Amalekites, including King Agag, but Saul decided to spare the king instead. This single act of defiance and rebellion was much more serious than Saul could ever have imagined because it had transgenerational effects. As a result of his sin, Saul was rejected from being king.

However, perhaps even worse, Agag was allowed to have a posterity. (See 1 Samuel 15:1–29.)☕️Kynan Bridges

🔴God wants you to be prosperous and influential, not lacking anything but living in superabundance.

🔴The information you hear and accept will affect your life greatly, both now and in the future.

🔴Some Christians are broke today simply because they’ve been taught wrong.

— For example, some argue God wants them poor based on “Solomon’s prayer” in Proverbs 30:8-9, “...Give me neither poverty nor riches—feed me with the food allotted to me; lest I be full and deny You, and say, “Who is the Lord?” Or lest I be poor and steal, and profane the name of my God.”

— They say they want to be average and have just enough to get by on, because that was what Solomon prayed for.

— Well, Solomon didn’t write that proverb, nor was he average by any definition of the word. In his time as king over Israel, he made silver to be as common as stones in Jerusalem! (1 Kings 10:27).

🔴That proverb was written by Argur the son of Jakeh, who we don’t know much about aside what he wrote in this chapter.

🔴Now, the Lord said in Isaiah 1:19 (TLB), “If you will only let me help you; if you will only obey, I will make you rich,” meaning that God wants to help but some people don’t let Him.

🔴If only you’d accept His helping hand, you’ll experience a miracle in your life and in your finances.

🔴This isn’t just about being rich, but being positioned to be able to help others and live to God’s glory.

📖Psalm 112:1-3 Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches will be in his house, And his righteousness endures forever

📖Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.

📖Malachi 3:10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

🔴God delights in your prosperity!

SAVIOURS AND CHAMPIONS

📖And saviours shall come up on mount  Zion to judge the mount of Esau ;and the kingdom shall be the Lord’s.

PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

In Nehemiah 9,the prophet Nehemiah speaks of how God brought the children of Israel out of Egypt ,led them to the promised Land and blessed them abundantly. They took strong cities, possessed fruitful lands and enjoyed God’s goodness.

However;the Bible says,Nevertheless they were disobedient, and rebelled against thee, and cast thy law behind their backs, and slew thy prophets which testified against them to turn to thee, and they wrought great provocations “(Nehemiah 9:26) As a result,God delivered them into the hands of their enemies.

But here’s the beautiful part; In their time of trouble, when they cried out to God,He heard them from heaven.Out of His manifold mercies ,He sent them saviours who rescued them from the hand of their adversaries. It’s amazing to see how God responded with grace and deliverance even after disobedience-sending them.

It also bring to mind the story Joseph.Genesis 45:7 recounts how Joseph revealed himself to his brothers after they had sold him into slavery Despite the years of separation and the hardships he endured,Joseph recognized that God had sent him ahead to Egypt to preserve his family’s posterity and save their lives through a great deliverance .

The foregoing mirrors what the Church is in the earth today.God has entrusted the Church with the responsibility to run His kingdom,His reign of righteousness in the earth. We, the  Church ,are the posterity of faith just as Joseph preserved his family’s posterity.

We’re preservers of the earth .No wonder the Lord Jesus said we are the light of the world and the salt of the earth.Through us, the nations of the earth are blessed, because we’re the seed of Abraham. We’re the hope of the world, saviours and champions from Zion, empowered to bring people out of darkness into the glorious light of their inheritance in Christ .Hallelujah!

The Holy Spirit in you makes you more than a man. There’s a divine energy working in you; it doesn’t burn out, neither does it require replenishing. Refuse therefore to be limited by your physical ability; your potentials are limitless! The Holy Spirit works in you mightily to achieve results that are beyond human ability and comprehension (Colossians 1:29). Affirm this in your life always.

Galatians 6:10 (NKJV) - Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.

Treat yourself as you would treat someone you love, as someone you care about. You're worthy of love and care!

The heaviest thing you can carry is a grudge; let go and don't keep hurting yourself. Don't carry your mistakes around with you like labels; instead, place them under your feet and use them as stepping stones. Forget what hurt you in the past but never forget what it taught you. Things will be thrown at you daily but what matters is how you respond to them. We alter our lives by altering our attitudes.

The more you praise and celebrate God in your life, the more there is in life to celebrate. Happiness is not the absence of challenges but the divine peace within that knows that All things work together for your good. Not just "some things"....ALL things.
