🍰IDK What I'm doing here 🍓

@shadowlight501-2

🫖🍵🍜I'm just here to post random things, posibly just fanAU related things. Alot of bad AUs and unfinished stuff as time goes by lol☁️🌼🍦🥧

(if blurry clicking might help)

This is Pepper Salt (left) and his brother Amore R Salt (right).

These two are just side characters but I love them. I drew this piece to help me find a design for them because I already had an idea written down, I just needed to be able to visually see 'em.

These two are almost always dressed nicely.

Pepper runs a bar and Amore is a retired business man.

The image on the screen is of a logo I drew a long while ago for an idea called "Bunnie Bakes".

The phone case is merch from a three person band that Pepper likes. They're pretty popular in their town. Pepper likes the blue coded one the most since he's the one that writes the lyrics.

The place they are at is currently called "Harts&Donuts".

I usually call them "Barbros" since Pepper works as a bartender and Amore is often there working on something.

(close ups under the cut.)

Mild rambles at first)

I love Sans. He's been who I daydream about the most aside from his bro Papyrus whom I simply don't daydream as much of.

I was obsessed with Undertale when I was younger so I know alot of small things about the game and different AUs because I thought that stuff was super cool, but everything eventually got all muddled together in my head. Sometimes I'm unsure if I actually have any idea of how the cannon characters would act or I mix them up. I probably do fine with my interpretation of all the characters. Well almost all. I have no actual humor, I don't joke that much aside from sarcasm and even then I don't often. So Sans is my favorite, but I can't get his character right, ever, when daydreaming unless it's a him that doesn't really make puns or anything like that. Even then it feels a little off somehow. So I ended up making this: Aggregate!Sans.

Aggregate means "1. a whole formed by combining several (typically disparate) elements... 2. a material or structure formed from a loosely compacted mass of fragments or particles." (Definition from from Google dictionary.)

This is the rough draft I made but I'm uncertain if I should clean it up and post it or just make it for my view alone. The anomaly is a slight self insert, I'm just kinda warning I suppose.

(clicking will probably make it look better)

Just not sure what to do...

I mean I'll probably continue drawing him for me from time to time but I kinda wanna share, I suppose this is me seeing if anyone would be interested in it. I still might post about him from time to time just not in this kinda way...

They are traveling~♪. Currently at the highway to the Capital, a flooded city that wasn't fully destroyed allowing the buildings to actually be salvageable. Monsters and some humans rebuilt and fixed it all up to make the city into a part of "New Home" afterwards naming it "The Capital" since it's the center of "New home" aswell as the most populated. It may be extremely hot as thick steam coats the top of the blue red-ish water there but with the technology that "New Home" has it's capable of being safe to live in.

Rain effect to. I'm not sure which is better. Plus some close ups.

I wanted Sans to have his jacket off so it's just poorly draped on the bar. Leaning down when tall feels like it'd be awkward so I hope Papyrus doesn't look too silly.

Why does it turn so fuzzy and then looks fine when you click on it???? Idk I'm just happy to finally have completed this :)

Rough animation/animatic of my boy SwelteringTale Papyrus.

Really happy I actually did some animating even if I don't plan on doing more than this.

Papy gets shocked, upset, and then concerned/sad towards someone. Idk who, but someone.

There’s a protest going on against AI art over on artstation, so I feel like now is the time for me to make a statement on this issue!

I wholeheartedly support the ongoing protest against AI art. Why? Because my artwork is included in the datasets used to train these image generators without my consent. I get zero compensation for the use of my art, even though these image generators cost money to use, and are a commercial product.

Musicians are not being treated the same way. Stability has a music generator that only uses royalty free music in their dataset. Their words: “Because diffusion models are prone to memorization and overfitting, releasing a model trained on copyrighted data could potentially result in legal issues.” Why is the work of visual artists being treated differently?

Many have compared image generators to human artists seeking out inspiration. Those two are not the same. My art is literally being fed into these generators through the datasets, and spat back out of a program that has no inherent sense of what is respectful to artists. As long as my art is literally integrated into the system used to create the images, it is commercial use of my art without my consent.

Until there is an ethically sourced database that compensates artists for the use of their images, I am against AI art. I also think platforms should do everything they can to prevent scraping of their content for these databases.

Artists, speak out against this predatory practice! Our art should not be exploited without our consent, and we deserve to be compensated when our art is exploited for commercial use.

Out of pure impulse I now want a plush that's the langth of one's intestine and shaped as the intestine but is super soft and a pretty shade.

I want a big soft cartoon intestine plush to cuddle and play with.

I have no reason to share this, but I am.

My teenager has more hours of homework per night than I got in my entire university career, and it doesn’t teach them a goddamn thing besides how to hate themself for not being able to do it all.

If my wife isn’t expected to labor outside her designated work hours at her literal job, why is my teenager expected to labor outside theirs?

If my kid has three hours of homework a night, that extends their work day to ELEVEN FULL HOURS. That’s inhumane. If an adult told me they were working eleven-hour days, I’d give them my wife’s number and tell them how to start unionizing. Like????

fuck i never thought of it in terms of hours

This post is going around again, so I would like to tell every single adult making comments about the length of their own workday that you are also being exploited. You should also not be required to work so many hours. That’s just as inhumane as forcing the kids to do it.

“Oh but I work 12-hour shifts all the time–” You shouldn’t have to. I’m sorry your job is exploiting you so harshly. If you’re interested in unionizing, visit IWW.org or talk to your local/industry union rep.

Think tumblr acting up, it says I got an ask/submission thing but nothing be there.

Did I just brake my app again? Or is this yet another app I have that went and got a little drunk?

Reasons I like subtitles:

1. I can see how people’s names and the cities and the countries are spelled.

2. I don’t miss any words, so everything they say makes sense.

3. I get to know what background noises and conversations are.

4. The descriptions of the noises people make are freaking awesome. Ex: splutter, grunt, chuckles.

5. I can see who says what.

6. I don’t have to have the volume super loud so I can hear the dialogue, and I don’t blow my eardrums out because the ambient noises and music is SO FREAKING LOUD.

I freaking love subtitles.
