Mandy
One of the most popular girls at Beverley Hills High School, Mandy is a prototypical ‘mean girl’ who enjoys controlling the social stratification and determining who is and is not deemed popular. Feeling threatened by fellow classmates, Clover, Sam and Alex, Mandy often tries to undermine or humiliate the three, unaware that her actions frequently stymie the young spies’ activities as against of the World Organization Of Human Protection (or WOOHP). Mandy maintains a particular rivalry with Clover and the two are always competing over boys, fashion and other matters.
Actress Jennifer Hale provides the voice for Mandy with the mean girl first appearing in the premier episode of Totally Spies, airing on November 3rd, 2001.
