He died in a fucking routine hunt, there was nothing special about it, it was no sacrifice! And secondly: Dean’s success story? That implies Dean is only there to make Sam happy and it’s his only job! That implies, again, Dean is nothing without Sam! Do you even know Dean and his story? That boy has been abused since he was 4! He’s been forced into a life he never wanted, forced into a soldier life, forced into a nurturing role. HE NEVER WANTED THAT! HE WANTED A FUCKING NORMAL LIFE FAR AWAY FROM HUNTING! He wanted to retire! He was blatantly built to obey John, to protect Sam and nothing else! He was so fucking much more than that! He was broken, abused, depressed, suicidal because of the shit every other person put on his shoulders! He could’ve had a happy life! He could’ve had a chance! He could’ve been happy! He could’ve everything he always deserved!
How the fuck is it a success story to die on a fucking nail the very first moment you get the chance to have a life for your own after you fought this bullshit for over 40 years?! How the fuck is it a success story to get into heaven where your abusive father waits?! How the fuck is it a success story to get reduced to your basics, to drive your car in heaven for years until your brother arrives, your most toxic codependent relationship?!
