Ok so, the cloud of smoke over the city is from the burning of Amazon rainforest in Rondonia. Sao Paulo is 3300km (2052 miles) distant from Porto Velho. Athens is closer to London than Sao Paulo is to Porto Velho. Just to give you an idea of the damage they are doing to the forest right now, with the permission from the human trash president. Just so you guys from other countries have an idea of what's happening here in Brazil.
Look they've been burning the forest it's been 15 days now and people have died already in the fires. So the least I hope that the media will actually pay attention to Rondônia and the forest now that's affect São Paulo. The media here in Brazil is trying to take the attention away from the fires saying that what covered SP today as fog because of a cold wave, but many people already said: it's not fog, it's smoke. I couldn’t find an info post about one of my favorite witchy ingredients, so I figured I’d better make one!
Black Salt is used almost exclusively for protection. Not to be confused with culinary black lava salt or kala namak salts, it absorbs/banishes negativity, and is one of my favorite things to work with. But Bri, how is it different than normal salt? Well, regular sea salt(or if you’re like me, table salt) can be used for many things, protection, healing, purification…Black salt has been imbued with FIRE, which kicks up the protective attributes.
Black salt is incredibly easy to make. You can use:
My preferred method is to stick my incense directly into a pot of salt. Then, the ashes will collect there over time. I also save my spent matches from lighting candles/incense and crush them up with a mortar and pestle(I mean, a nail polish bottle and a bowl).
Whatever you use to make your black salt, most witches prefer to keep it at least 50% salt. Add in you “blackener”, and any other protective herbs you desire. Stir it up, or grind it if needed, and pop it into a jar.
Now, what do you do with it? I’m glad you asked!
But remember this, black salt will need disposing of! It’s best to replace it every week or so, or whenever you feel its effects start to wane. Keep in mind, this salt now contains negative energy, you want to dispose of it properly. Toss it into running water, a fire, or bury it in the earth to disperse the harmful energy.
Black Salt is used for cursing, protection, banishing, cleansing, breaking spells or hexes, and repelling negative energy. Black salt is made by combining either activated charcoal or ashes from burned herbs or incense with sea salt.
Using activated charcoal will actually make your salt a dark black color, whereas using ashes will turn it into a lighter grey color.
Depending on what you plan to use black salt for, you can add different types of ash or other ingredients that correspond with your intent.

Left Hand - Out with the old. Right hand - In with the New. •Soups and stews not only are great for healing the body, but they have many magickal properties too! •Himalayan pink salt can get seriously expensive. They’re so much cheaper and you can buy them in even larger bags. •Use coffee filters and elastic bands to make the perfect bath bags •Use sea salt when sweeping the floor to soak up the negative energies and cleanse your home •Store your Black Salt in a dark glass jar, away from sunlight.

Why shouldn’t their be billionaires? That makes no sense.
Because the existence of billionaires is predicated on the exploitation of human labor and unsustainable environmental harm. That level of wealth hoarding is harmful to economies, as it reduces the amount of money in circulation. No one person, no family, could ever conceivably even SPEND a billion dollars anyway, and it is inherently immoral to accumulate wealth so narrowly while so much of the world lives in abject poverty.
Better then to create a wealth ceiling, a point at which all wealth over a certain point is taxed at or very near 100% to incentivize people to actually spend their money rather than hoard it, stimulating the economy and bettering the lives of far more people. Better even still to create and regulate economic systems that protect workers and the environment in a way that such extreme levels of wealth accumulation aren’t even feasible.
The problem with this is that it reduces the incentive to actually do fiscally well. What’s the point of starting a business if you can’t become wealthy?
There is a very real difference between “reasonably wealthy” and A BILLIONAIRE
No one is saying you shouldn’t have a nice house, we are saying that having multiple really, really ridiculously nice houses while your employees are either homeless or at serious risk of becoming homeless is immoral.
I’ll never understand why this concept is hard for people. I think it’s because they can’t actually fathom how much $1 Billion is.

Let’s say you have a badass job. A great job. You make $100 AN HOUR. You work 10 hours a day ($1000 A DAY), 5 days a week ($5000 a week!!!), every week ($20,000 A MONTH), thats $240,000 Every Year.
It would take you 4,167 years to make a billion dollars.
Keep in mind then, that if you got paid $1000 an hour, 10 hours a day, five days a week, every week, all year, it would still take over 400 years to make a billion.
You want to make one billion in a human lifetime? If you made $10,000 an HOUR, 10 hours a day, 5 days a week, every week, all year, it would take you 41 years to hit a billion.
(And that’s not counting, ya know, money you spend to stay alive on food or rent or anything. )
