Japanese Fashion Magazine Zipper Shuts Down after 24 Year Run
Japanese street fashion magazine Zipper announced today that their December issue will be the final issue. The magazine, which launched in 1993, is shutting down after a 24 year run. They don’t give any specific reasons for the closure, but this has been a bad year for Japanese print magazines. In 2017, most people get their information online, not in a month-old print format.
